    Also, fix this godforsaken PK. Regardless of who is in net, regardless of which D men are healthy, it has been an utter abomination.

Refs tried their hardest to gift this game to the lightning and it always fucking happens too just like Kucherov always fucking taking out our guys. Fucking hate the lightning God damn

    Can’t win when you give up six goals. Defense needs to be more reliable and goaltenders need to show up if we want to seriously compete. We’re still missing a couple key pieces

    Overall, I really liked what I saw from the team today. Normally, UPL shows up and defense doesn’t show up, but today, it was kind of 50-50.

    I honestly hope Tampa figures their shit out because they’re going to get trounced tomorrow if they play like that and I’d much prefer to see Boston lose one

    Whoever that ref is wanted to give tampa the opportunity to tie the game it was obvious. You cant tell me otherwise based on his emotion making that call he was way too invested in it.

    Our 3rd line was all -2 when nobody else on the team was worse than 0. We should try Krebs in for Casey.

    Thought the sabres played a decent game. Score doesn’t indicate the quality of play.

    UPL with an Aaron Dell ‘esque performance. He has regressed. He is unable to see plays through the traffic. He’s behind the play so he’s either behind, or over pursues so badly that he ends up past the play. A half dozen times he was just floundering in the crease trying to decide what direction to move because he had no idea where the puck was. This is not NHL caliber goaltending. This is barely AHL caliber goaltending. After watching him and reading about him over the years, I think he’s just a head case. Can’t handle the pressure. This stretch of games can literally dictate his entire life. I can’t say I blame him.

    Refs missed at least 5 calls. I think the international space station saw the missing helmet.

    Concerned about boosh. That was a really hard shot and it doesn’t look like he wears shot blockers (which is… bananas). If we have to play pilut and Fitz again I’m going to puke.

    Big brain move by Granato to put Jost and Girgensons out on that 4v4, no better players to throw out there than our 2 worst forwards ? Jost taking that hooking penalty sealed it.
