Both have the raw talent but lack the dog that is necessary to compete consistently at a high level. They might be ok supplements on a team thats already established but aren’t sufficient core pieces

Same thing every game. The occasional PP goal from Olofsson isn’t worth them getting absolutely shelled 5v5 every time.

has krebs done any better? hinnistroza? quinn? you cant just blame it on 2 forwards when we lose. UPL lets in 2 goals on 4 shots in the 1st…. that can’t happen.
Olofsson has been a one trick pony for years.
Should’ve traded him way back when his stock was high and he wasn’t exposed badly.
He’s a PP specialist that can only shoot. I’ve said it for years. He’s been horrific 5v5 since day one and basically can’t do anything at an average level other than shoot.
Mittelstadt has the worst linemates possible for developing in what’s an important year for him to bounce back and get on track. A low ceiling AHL/4th line worker and a black hole who can only shoot and do literally nothing else effectively.
How the fuck do you give up 8.15 xGA/60 (with a very good defensive forward on your line, no less)? That’s absolutely insane.
