Time to tear it down. Trade the contracts . Acquire as many 1st rounders as possible in this upcoming draft. Do the rebuild right this time. If an example is needed to understand how it is done look no further than the team that just visited our building and ate our lunch.
So long as Trouba is the head of this defense this is going to keep on happening. How much is going to be enough?

They didn’t sign any of the character guys they brought in last year MOTT, Vatrano and Copp this team has no character and again instead of doing everything in there power to get rid of this 🤡 Truba they make him captain this organization has become a 🤡 show under Drury !!!!

i kind of think the new leadership dynamics with trouba as captain + lack of bruisers like reeves is hurting them. they need to go back to multiple As like they had last year and find some crashers like trocheck to give the team some grit
We are finished this season. Only Fox looks good and is carrying this team.
The problem as I see it: The deadline moves last year helped get them to the ECF. That run and those additions signaled to the fans that the rebuild was over. But now those guys are gone, and now the Rangers are back to where they were last year, but Shesterkin is not bailing them out. The kids have not been allowed to develop. They don't get any meaningful PP or PK time. They don't play much in overtime. Trouba is playing injured and his game is suffering because of it, as is Miller's. Panarin is a highly skilled player, but he turns the puck over way too much and his contract is an albatross. They lost to a really good Devils team last night. Some of those other losses to inferior teams are inexcusable.
