  1. Signing Bergeron & Krejci only minimizes and delays the inevitable rebuild by a year. It also probably prevents re-signing Pastrnak next season because of the bonus money that will be owing to Bergeron and Krejci. Even though 10M in cap space will be freed up next year with the departures of Foligno, Smith, Nosek, and Wagner, much of that money will be needed to bring in replacements.
I wish the team would just bite the bullet this year, embrace a rebuild, and let the suffering begin.

  2. If we don’t sign bergy and krejci tank for bedard he’s a franchise center that could help this team stay competitive in the future years! and trade players like foligno, coyle (ik it would be hard to move his contract but Arizona might take him lol) ullmark and gryz

  3. I don't like Coyle between Hall and Pastrnak. Honestly didn't like it last year when Cassidy decreed it on day one of free agency. Hard to gage Zacha on whom he slots better with, but don't forget Studnicka even though you might want to. I still see chemistry in a Fredric, Coyle, Smith line and prefer to keep that as an option. Camp should be fun.

  4. If they don't sign them it will be a shitshow…won't make the playoffs guaranteed.

  5. Playing youth from within your system could be the answer. You have a great D and solid goaltending.

  6. Response to your Video title: Well, knowing the Jacobs family, we Bruins fans will have to wait another 40 years before we see a Cup in Boston.

  7. Then they should trade pasta and Marchand, go for bedard and build around the defense and sway

  8. If Bergeron doesn’t come back at this point it would be putting the screws to the team. The right thing would be to tell them early so the team could not worry abt reserving his spot.

  9. We will be in the Connor Bedard sweepstakes without Bergeron and Krejci combined with the injuries to start the season. Getting Bedard though may be worth one down season.

  10. Slow your roll!

They need to move on from Foligno to free up some cash.

The LTIR money saved from Marchand Griz will create the room for both Bergeron and Krejci who have both made it clear they will only play in Boston

Still one of the top 5-10 teams in the NHL with a chance to be the #1 if players continue to develop.

  11. Bergy is a first round HHOF inductee when he retires. The Bruins need to 1) Dump Sweeney, 2) rebuild. The core is getting too old, their D is lacking size and grit. The Bruins need to sign a REAL GM, not the best available Ex Bruin.

  12. The two-headed management (Neely-Sweeney) of the Bruins has succeeded, by making the possible return of David Krejci a major issue for the team, to operate a media diversion to hide the incompetence which it has shown for too many years… with the consent of a snoring owner without the slightest sporting ambition and the slightest listening to the expectations of the supporters. Fortunately, the management of the Patriots, Red Sox and Celtics show more determination each season; it's a little comforting!

  13. Sweeney the Weeney strikes again. It’s time to change the Buddy Buddy management system and draft for the good of the team. Funny how shit rolls downhill. If anyone fucked up it’s management. Blame and fire the coach and give top line players away. The coach works with what he’s given. Give him the right combinations and it’s a totally different story.

  14. Does it really matter ?? They're not gonna fill the spots they need anyway even if they fill those two guys.. It's just gonna be another year the way it's always has Get rid of young players prematurely, Due to the owner's not sweeney) inability to sign the proper players They overpressure freshmen softmore players The worst is the lieing either about a rebuild or a cup run moving picks for players… The biggest propaganda is when they are supposedly interested in big names like eichel etc..It's Just designed to keep hard core fans quiet
Last year they didn't attempt eichel or any big names l'll get the full place we got hopefully they'll all be gone by the time The season starts for bruins fans the dollar short the bruins are finally out of my system.. They lie they miss in form they pretend they're actively seeking other players when they're owner has them on a tight tight budget I budget all they care about is selling beer and hot dogs..

  15. Doesn't matter either way. With this atrocious coaching staff and the whining players (Jake "the ahole" Debrusk) that got Bruce fired their destiny is last place!

  16. if the Bruins dont sign Bergy and Krecji and the injuries to key players at the start of the year, you might as well start tanking for a high draft pick. Every indication is they will sign Bergeron and Krecji. I think they are just waiting for cap space to free up when they put players on IR.

  17. If Bergy doesn't sign, I don't understand how we wouldn't have cap space for another decent center. Are they paying Bergeron in Dunkin gift cards?
