    The Rangers are the softest team in the league lol. They let their star player get rag dolled and then came out the next game and got their asses beat 1 by 1. 😂 literally just got abused by the capitals for 2 straight games

    I'm disappointed they all didn't jump on Wilson. I don't wish for injuries on people, but Wilson should've been banned from the league.

    As someone who lives in Michigan & has been a long time Redwings fan, I must say my other favorite team is the New York Rangers. I love the uniforms, playing style, & how aggressive they are. That’s how the Wings use to be back in the 80s all the way through the early 00s. In Detroit, we don’t see this kind of thing anymore. It’s really sad how the mighty have fallen.

    I loved this so much. Understand why the Rangers felt that way. I’m a caps fan but I think Willy should’ve been suspended for what he did the game before this one.

    A year and a half later, let’s not forget Wilson is a multiple repeat offender who sucker punched a guy while he was pressing his face down into the ice. Then 3 seconds later yanks a man, one of the best players in the league (who missed the rest of the season because of injury from the altercation), down to the ice by his hair and then jumps on him. You’d expect a repeat offender like Tom Wilson, who is a repeat offender, to get maybe 10-15 games. Not a question of if but a question of how many, gets no suspension.

    Raffi Torres was a repeat offender and got suspended 41 games for his actions. Obviously the offences aren’t comparable but the point that he was a repeat offender ended up getting 41 games as a sign of “we gave you enough chances” and his career feel off very quickly after. How many more players, not just superstars, need to be severely injured, concussed or paralyzed for the league to tighten up and show the players their unnecessary actions have consequences
