One of the signatures is Steve Baker’s. He was drafted by the Rangers in ‘77, played with the team on and off from ‘80 to ‘83. So I’d have to estimate it’s from sometime between that 3 year period
Looks like Pat Conacher is also there, which would make this the 82-83 Rangers.
Edit – Conacher and Baker were also both there in 79-80. Barry Beck is also there, but he was also there in both those seasons. Same with Don Maloney. That looks like Tim Bothwell below the « R » in the shield, which would make this 79-80.
