Ive been a Bruins fan all my life..but Pavel Bure was my favorite player growing up…sure we had Cam Neely, Ray Bourque and alot of legends..but we didnt have anyone like the Russian Rocket at the time…unmatched speed and finesse..made the game so much more fun to watch..whenever the Canucks were on tv it was must see…Hockey needs more players like Bure..so damn smooth.
If you have never seen the flames game 7 game where he scored that amazing game winner in 3 ot, itwas only made pssoble because kirk McLean made the most amazing save ever in ot. Sliding stack pad save of reichel who onetimed a pass and should have scored. That series and game were just awesome if you were a Canucks fan.

Unbelievable player and underrated if you ask me, suppose thats due to his short career. It pained me to see Bourque get made to a fool out there "and it got by him again". Bourque was my favorite player growing up.
