This team still doesn’t look good. Atleast Quinn and petey are fun to watch.
Not good enough to be contenders but not bad enough for Bedard, experience mediocrity
Millers pass worked for once!
OEL might not be our best but he did save us on that one shot that got through
All hail hits lord Luke Schenn.
2/8 on the powerplay, barely beat AHL yotes at home. this team still sucks! forever mediocre
This was a very frustrating game to watch and even though we won, I’m still pissed off LOL.
Given how that game looked, I am honestly jealous that the coyotes got to leave that with less points. And it fucking sucks that winning can end up feeling like losing.
Still laughing at Miller playing coach on the 5-on-3.
#STILL ON TEAM PLAYOFFS BABY
#WOOOO!!!!
Aaaaand I’m drunk af
Elliot Friedman looks good. Happy he lost his weight during COVID and grew a grizzly beard.
Notice what happens when Boeser plays with great playmakers… he’s never been a driver of offense even in his rookie season. It was the twins, Vanek, Pettersson, even Baertschi that were setting him up in shooting positions. I mean, I’m not one to have a hard time giving up on players but it’s just so painfully obvious that the biggest issue here is deployment. Playing netfront on the PP while Garland has a wank in the faceoff dot? Come on. When you’re playing with Garland you literally have no choice but to float, this guy does an entire laundry cycle on the half wall and just turns it over while his linemates wait for him to make a play.
Kuzmenko-Pettersson-Boeser will fucking work especially with Pettersson not shooting as much this year. FFS.
What ever happened to the individual goal clips we used to get in PGT’s? That was awesome
Let’s hope we play better next game against the Habs, we played awful this game and somehow still won
We should score more than the other team more often.
Ethan Bear is out there for both goals against, but I’m going to blame Stillman anyways since he is the only issue with this team. We would have won in regulation if it wasn’t for Stillman. SMH
I would once again like to remind everyone how much I love Luke Schenn.
Man I am happy that we won but i hate this team. Trade Bo and get a haul
Yay we won a game we deserved to win in Regulation against a shit eating Arizona team.
I didn’t get to watch any of the game, can someone explain how Brock went from being scratched, to scoring the game-tying goal??
Pros of moving to Toronto:
– Raptors
– City is fun
– A place called Banh Mi Boy is the best Viet Sub I’ve ever had
– Higher pay in my field
Cons:
– Canucks don’t finish their games till almost 1am
Looks like I’m coming back home!
We finally won a game we were outplayed by a team that gave you 2 many man penalties, one in OT and one with 7 players on ice. Lol
As Schenn Daddy is now top of the league in hits, he should have the Street Fighter Guile Theme playing every time he fights someone.
I really wanted to see Boeser score that OT winner man.
Feels so good to see him get a proper shot in the net though, that was great
Boeser looked good and played with intensity. I think he got the message
2-0 AGAINST THE YOTES BABY! Don’t worry, the quest for Bedard continues next game.
Tonight on being a Canucks fan. The Canucks were back in action looking to bounce back after two embarrassing losses as they took on a scrappy Arizona team. It didn’t start off well for Vancouver as Christian Fischer struck first for Arizona but Vancouver would respond on the power play as Bo Horvat keeps his marvelous season up with his 18th goal on the season and that tied things up at 1. Then the second period started and Arizona took the lead thanks to Chychrun during the second Vancouver would get a minute and nineteen seconds of a five on three and it was the worst 5 and 3 ever seen and should never be spoken of again. So Vancouver trailed 2 to 1 after two periods. In the third Brock Boser who wasn’t supposed to play tonight tied the game at 2 and after some terrible hockey by both teams this one would go to over time where Arizona would take a too many men penalty and give Vancouver their eighth power play and Bo Horvat would get his second of the night and Vancouver wins a game that they probably shouldn’t have in overtime. They will take on Montreal on Monday. Will Vancouver be able to put a run together and get back on the track? We will find out on Monday.
This interview with iMac and Bear is super fucking awkward.
Despite not having much talent in the lineup the Coyotes actually worked hard in that game. It’s obvious there is something rotten with this Canuck lineup when they have to rely on a pp in OT to beat the Coyotes.
I’m not going to quibble too much, they did win and stop the bleeding for a bit.
Move over Bedard. Playoffs back on the menu!
