I think we still played a good game. Too many penalties cost us, if it wasn't for that many penalties we would've won. Besides the ot goal I thought murray was good tonight. Let's get it back on track Tuesday. Also congrats mitch on your point streak. We're proud of you.

Overall, the leafs played well tonight. Some bad calls that didn't go our way and another OT lol. Seriously, at this point its almost comical how bad we are in OT. Next time start someone more defensive minded like Kampf just to get us through the first shift. Lastly, congratulations Mitch! Keep it going!

Leafs played a great game against the bolts and the refs! Way too many soft calls, but with that being said we still got a big point and Marner made Leafs History!! Great game boys!!
Whats wrong with this team when it comes to overtime 1 win in 7 tries in overtime with firepower they have is unacceptable.
The Refs are always the three stars when these two teams pair up.
I am glad Marner finally enjoys playing for this team after all the haters have quieted. Murray played great but boy, we can use some more defence now that we have put it to the limit.

I agree with Mitch, Kampf works every night and has been a beautiful fit since he got here. The guys lower on the ticket need a shoutout for their great efforts all season.
Honestly? I'm not too upset by this loss. Both teams battled to the bitter end and there was some supremely shitty calls on both sides. That OT wasn't a great performance but you're not gonna win every game. All I ask is to see the effort and they did.

Something needs to be done about the officiating in the League, unless the referees have been told to find ways to screw the Leafs. I have seen more consistency in Bantam!

So many points left on the table with all of the OT losses. They have great puck possession ability, they're just sloppy as hell, they're embarassing themselves. Speaking of which, Murray completely stunk on that last shot. Inexcusable really, even Michael Hutchinson could've stopped that. Hopefully those extra points don't bite them in the ass in April. Get your shit together!
WTF is it with officiating & Tampa. 1st round last season they were constantly grabbing onto Leafs players sticks. Perry, Kucherov, Cirelli & Killorn seem to be the prime offenders. Kucherov is an elite player & also an elite diver. The Marner & Liljegren penalties involving him were garbage calls off dives. The Hagel trip called on Kerfoot, same thing. Hedman locks his arm onto Tavares on his net drive &…..nada. You gotta give it to Tampa, they know how to milk it to draw calls & are good at disguising their hold-the-stick work. Oddly, they had one called on them tonight. BTW, how can you call holding the stick & call a hook on ZAR. It can't be both. I remember Maroon saying the officiating in the Tampa/Toronto series reminded him of the pre-season, not the playoffs. He was right & tonight seemed similar. Just weak.

Honestly I hate when people blame the refs but unfortunately the calls we got were good calls, we gave up too many of them. The bolts gave up to many as well but ultimately came out with the win. The boys played well just not good enough it goes to show how competitive our team can be without the strongest d core playing. Shake it off and get ready for tuesday
