Have to move on from Halak. Put more pressure on the kids – they aren't developing. Probably move the Breadman if possible.

They not doing what coach is asking them to do dump the puck and start forechecking they not doing that simple things. Shoot the puck to the net and get a rebound get more dirty goals stop circling around like circus act keep on passing til you turn it over to other team. Puck possession, puck battles they gotta be one of the worst team.
Their bad habits shows every game and they are either too stubborn to fix it or too stupid to make any changes I won't blame for coaches they give them simple instructions and they keep on insisting on doing stupid things. Careless passes leads to odd man rush they can't even pass the puck in right way.
Game after game, during the radio broadcasting, we hear Dave Maloney, exasperated, saying, sometimes shouting: “Get the puck to the net!!!” That says a lot: too many players refuse to make the simple, basic plays. And I don’t know what to think about Artemi Panarin, the influence he has on the team, the way he played during the playoffs, the lost of his friends over the years(Buchnevich and Strome), etc. Not sure that he is a positive leader.
