  1. Say what you will about his career but Mike Smiths numbers were fantastic the last 2 years

  2. Have zero sympathy for a guy who a few months ago demanded he was worth 25 million. So glad he priced himself out of Toronto.

  3. Shoot Wings should send Alex Nedeljkovic down to the AHL, cause he's been just dreadful and we cant keep burning out Husso, id rather take my chances on Magnus HellBerg and those legendary pads

  4. What? A guy had a great season in a contract year after a career that was 90% fringe NHL stuff? That's never happened before, has it? Look at Bo Horvat. Great all around player, but he's in a contract year and suddenly he's hovering around 2nd and 3rd in the league in goal scoring with McDavid and Robertson. One thing's for sure – he's unlikely to keep this up for the entire season, let alone next year. But he'll get a contract like he will, whether it's from the Canucks or someone else. I'd rather have Bo than Miller, but since we gave that stupid contract to a player who thinks it's 1985 and he just got into a DeLorean and gunned it to 88, we can't afford him. And we don't need yet another overpaid player so we can continue to languish in mediocrity at best. What's with this city's infatuation with individual players? No wonder we never win anything. I guarantee if OEL had been here more than 2 years, we wouldn't be talking so ill of him. It's not the contract we hate, because if it was, there are other players on this team whose time has passed as well. At least OEL can log minutes and play defence, something very few other players seem to be able to do on this team. But now the Oilers know what it's like to sign a guy with a very short resume of success on a very good regular season team. Even if they bury him in the A, what does that save them? a million? His cap hit is 5.5 for another 4 years after this one. If they buy him out, they save just under 3.5. So basically they'd have $2 million in dead cap. Welcome to Vancouver's world.

  5. I'm a die hard Kings fan, live in Bakersfield, Ca. Should I go to a Reign/Condor game and break out my Campell jersey???? NAHHHHHHH! Fyi, Bakersfield is a shithole and once again is the worst city in America with the worse air quality.

  6. Nobody will claim him on waivers. Literally Arizona or Montreal instantly claiming him, even if its after few years make him good goalie again and trade him for bunch of stuff. Profit

  7. an issue for Edmonton was and has been their defensive side of the game beside goaltending, for how long?

  8. Who the Hell is Jack Camp-L? Dude, if you can't even pronounce a player's name, maybe you shouldn't bother making a video about him. Btw, Campbell is pronounced Cam-bull.

  9. but he's still got better numbers then demko lol

and yesterday you made a video saying teams would give a 1st and top prospect for demko lol

  10. Yeah and Edmonton will be better for it. Stuart Skinner has been great, he's been the organizations top goalie prospect for a long time and he's more than ready. Jack Campbell is just brutal, and he will absolutely go straight through waivers. Get it done, wave that 5 mill per goodbye 👋✌️

  11. I don’t think Campbell has ever shown himself as a starter (other than that brief stretch in 2021 against only Canadian teams), he has been an excellent backup or 1B situation

Edmonton gave him that money because they were desperate for a goalie, they whiffed on Markstrom and probably other goalies (I think they had interest in Fleury)
Tbh I would have ran Koskinen and Skinner this year, giving skinner the starting or split tandem job but oh well
Time to cook Skinner like you cooked Talbot I guess
