  1. Biased Tampa fan and I’m gonna say that I don’t know who has the “better” team. I just don’t know the depth players for Colorado well enough to make a bold claim. I can pretty easily say MacKinnon is a top 5 C(maybe #1), Makar is top 3 D(maybe #1), and that they are the best skating team in the NHL. However, Vasy is the #1 G, Kuch is the #1 W, Hedman is also top 3 D, Stamkos is a top 10 C, a healthy Point is also a top 10 C. Our role guys have done a great job in shutting down other teams firepower thus far. I think at some point during the series, like Vegas last year, that the Avs are going to have to adjust to win games. They failed to properly adjust last year and haven’t been tested this year. As far as tests go, the Blues had a shot until Binnington went down. They pass the eye test so far, but, this will be different. I don’t think they’ll win by keeping the foot on the gas the whole time. They’ll have to find a way to minimize mistakes and still produce. I know that’s so cliché, but it’s what we do. This series is going to be similar to the series with Toronto. I think they’re pretty similar, both powerhouses. I’ve seen “better” teams swept before, so we’ll see. I do agree that this is the best finals matchup in a long time.

  2. Prob a hot take but I say Tampa in 5. Tampa is better than anyone they face I know that sounds ridiculous but that’s just what my gut says. Love to content keep it up!

  3. Biased Tampa fan. This matchup has been hyped for a long time. Ima take the team that has lived up to it so far. Also, look who they have rolled off 11 in a row…several of those teams woulda been an epic matchup vs the Avs based on who the Avs have faced in the same time period. What teams have the Avs played that anyone thinks Tampa wouldnt have taken down? Flip that. The isles last year, the rangers this year, toronto this year, florida last year. So many teams the Bolts have chewed up and spit out would be epic matchup for these Avs, imo. Bolts in 4, ya i said it. This billing wont live up to the hype for one glaringly obvious reason. I'll let you figure that out.

  4. It's a battle of two very different styles… ultimately, this series is gonna be decided by goaltending and we all know who has that edge.. it's Goliath vs Goliath, should be one for the ages

  5. I don't know who's going to win, but if your saying 4-1 or sweep you are either new to hockey or dense.

  6. The X-Factor in this series is Vasilevskiy… Tampa is better because they have 2 Stanley Cups. They are Champions. Colorado can't say that yet! There is no argument there. Now who at the end of the series can say they're better, we are gonna watch and find out. I agree that this series is more compelling than the previous.

  7. I am not a Colorado fan… I am a Tampa fan… – Colorado wins in FIVE! – Gm1 – Avs3 – Bolts2 in OT; Gm2 – Bolts win 6/2 or 6/1… – Gms 3,4,5 are Avs wins handily. – Colorado raises the cup at home. – (Now that's predicting.)

  8. Tampa had a decent regular season and have clearly turned it on in the playoffs. 8-2 in their last 10 games without arguably their best player in Braden Point. They shut down the top lines of everyone they faced overall and have been a dominant force. Braden point looks like he is coming back which is a game changer. Bolts are still rested I believe and have their legs. Colorado is the strongest team they have faced in the 11 series in a row wins but I think they make it 12 in a row and 3peat

  9. Tampa. Keeping pucks out of the net wins. If you're a heavily offensive team, you're going to hit a brick wall of incredible defense standing in front of the greatest Goalie in recent time. Proof? Tampa's fastest player Brayden point has been out for a sweep of president trophy winners, and a reverse streak against the second best Goalie in the league. Tampa reads your team, and uses it's experience to break you down to nothing. Avs had a great run, but Tampa is the example. Tampa is the team other teams will mold after in the cap era for years to come.

  10. Tampa, they have the best goalie, the best defense, best offense, point will be back, no brainer lightning in 6 !!!!!!!!!
