The design is from their 1993 debut but they should include "DALLAS" in the jersey but in metallic jet black

It's legitimately a reverse retro of the 1993 jersey. They didn't have the "Dallas" word marking in the first year in Dallas. It's nicely done

The star on the shoulder patch has the break in the silver outline on the star to match the logo of the star on the front of the jersey, where the silver A sits atop the green star

Neil, the silver on the top of the star shoulder patch the reason it doesn’t connect is because it makes the A in DALLAS. So it’s supposed to be like that.
8.5/10. Much better than than their first Reverse Retro. The Stars logo pops better on black than the white RR. Love the green shoulders. I do like that the word Dallas is not on the logo as is based on their first year jerseys in 93-94.
The only thing I don’t like about these reverse retro 2.0s is the orange nhl logo, not a big fan of that

that break in the silver you are talking about in the stars shoulder patch has always been like that for the stars texas patches on every style/year of their jerseys. They just left it like that I geuss because they wanted to make the star the same style on the shoulder as it is on the front logo that has a break from the star to represent the letter A in the word stars
I was never a fan of the Stars branding. I'm also not a fan of jersey's where the shoulders continue to the arms. Not gonna score it since my bias would put it to low.

Its ok better than their current look but Dallas desperately needs a rebrand. They did those Zubov retirement retro jerseys & they need to bring those back permanently.

The Stars have used here & the design work well like Neil I just wonder how much of a bevel is on the star on the main logo & also how comfortable would it be to have on as a result of this.
