Yahoo will stay at just over 3 per. McLeod will be kept at 2 for just over 1 per. JP has been on the block and will be moved to fill a hole.
As for moving Foegle, they've been trying along with JP, but no serious bites.
If they land a guy like Kessel, he won't be kn the top of the food chain, and will play 2/3 line minutes. Maybe 2nd PP.
If they could pull something like that off, I think this would help put them over the edge for making the cup final. Just need to maybe get another decent defenseman in as well.

Puljujarvi will go to another team and become Nichushkin. The majority of Oiler fans run players like him out of town when the local media starts building narratives against certain players. We've seen it with Petry and others over the years.
Yamo had a bad start to the year and finished strong so I wouldn’t call him consistent. Also puljujarvi was hurt and sick at the end of the season. Playing a big man style for Yamo will guarantee that he won’t last long, or be able to keep up a high level of playing. He is only 160lbs. Edmonton should think long and hard about who they keep.

Well, Foegele is part of the McDavid group playing in Hyman’s golf tourney. Cult of Hockey likes JP’s stats but he isn’t a fit chemistry wise. It is just as frustrating to fans to watch him bury Grade A scoring chances … into the glove or logo of opposing goalies. I’d rather see a deal to bring Patrick Kane to the Oilers. It would also be nice to ice more rookies and forget about trades after JP who is too injury prone ie hips! Not gritty enough either!
