Serious question that I’ve always wondered in hockey: How do people feel about calling a 12-12-3 team .500?
Am I alone in thinking we’re still 3 games below .500? I’ve never really understood just not counting overtime losses as losses.
We’ve played 27 games and won 12 of them. I’m happy we’re trending in the right direction and I’m aware that lots of people count W/L stats this way but to me it just doesn’t make sense
