As a canes fan, I feel so sad for him😢, they worked so hard and stepped up their game and even upped their defense, power play and goal tending too. I honestly though they were the better team. If not for vasilevskiy being the best goalie in the world and that being any other goalie? They would have had it.
I thought both teams played great hockey in this series, Leafs not scoring on the power play opportunities was the difference.

Some of us blue bloods believe that this series result will be the last for awhile. This was easily the best team they’ve iced in twenty years. Despite the loss that will fuel them, they are only getting better year after year. Matthews said it best….game of inches and the stats speak to that. They were one shot apart, one goal apart and obviously one game apart ALL SERIES.. Best. Leafs Team ever.
