Jay Woodcroft said that Foegele is still day to day and is expected to return within the next while. I think Tyler Benson was moved because of Yamamoto returning to the lineup.

Montreal has noted some issues getting talent due to the provincial language laws. With Bourgault that wouldn't be a problem but, as you said, he's a premier prospect so NO to a trade like this. To clarify Quebec really only wants to service people at the provincial level in French. They basically only want to accept French as an only or primary language immigrants. At the Federal level French AND English must be respected but a lot of things are jurisdictionally provincial hence the issues getting non-french speaking talent to WANT to go there.

If Holland is chasing Edmondson I would give up Tyler Benson Jesse pulijarvi and a 7th round pick in this year's entry draft. Benson and pullijarvi can get a fresh start in Montreal and we get a cranky dman in return

Exactly. The reason that Montreal would ask for XB is that XB is a major prospect. To trade him for Edmundson would be a big mistake.
