Not the best, could’ve been better.
I must say though, the fact that the devils gave 2 goals while being down by 4 and almost coming back twice after a shot off the post and a shot barley blocked, they put up a hell of a fight.
A loss is a loss, we gotta deal with these.

I was at the game. They Devils were out of sync tonight and out of rhythm. If the Devils had hustled and played a full 60 minutes they would have won the game.
Islanders way out shot the Devs. That wrapped around goal was a give away. Ditto for the other at the end of 1st Period.
If they had hustled and played the first two periods like they played the 3rd period they would have won.
The Devils need at least 1 enforcer on the roster. I was stunned when Devils pulled the goalie with 7 minutes remaining. Great exciting comeback effort!
