last night minnesota played team defense. whenever pettersson was on the ice, it didn't matter what line minnesota had on the ice, they smothered him. canucks have a group of forwards that are prolific scorers who don't seem to think playing defence is in their job description. EP isn't among that group. it takes more than the 6 D that are dressed for the game. come the playoffs, scoring is going to drop by a goal a game and save percentage is going to go from .901 to .915. miller is a boat anchor on this team. his defensive play is non existent. want to have better team defence? cut his minutes in half. thats a wake up call that may change his approach to his game.
