It appears Zito was the only NHL prospect on Niagara this season. North Bay has six other NHL prospects including another one for Detroit. (D – Tnias Mathurin – 5th rnd. 2022 #137 O.A.)
Wonder if maybe Detroit wanted them to move him to get him playing with a little more talented players and continue his development.
