If you really miss him that much, just give me a couple of dollars and I’ll dress up like Ryan reaves and stand in the press box with you. Because other than that I haven’t seen him much when he was on the rangers lol
Last year was a really fun season. Everybody on that team got along famously, there was a new energy in the locker room and certainly on the ice. Nobody fucked with us and we played a heavier game. Reavo was a part of that and if you can’t understand why people miss him, especially in the midst of this underwhelming start to a season, well then I can’t help you.
Zucc also scored a nice goal
It feels like the heart is this team left. I know that’s not true but his absence is palpable when I see teams taking swings at our guys they wouldn’t dare do if Reeves was out there punching dudes in the teeth.
These reaves posts are out of control. He was a non-factor almost all of his ranger tenure. Zero to negative production on the ice. With an outsized contract to boot. Not good at skating, not good at forechecking, not used for the PK, not good at offense, and people are still like damn, we miss this guy. Just insane.
