Soucy cmon man. Time and place.
As bad as that game was we still almost won.
Good thing is: that’s our low. Last year… that’s our average lol
Ah, regression.
Posted this in the Gdt but bears repeating as I think it’s good to keep in mind:
1. This is a top team with an insane forecheck and a penchant for winning battles for the puck, usually through winning races to it.
2. This is a Stanley Cup caliber team.
3. Kotchetkov is on fire.
4. Francis built this team. This is our future and likely our identity in a few years.
Just a healthy reminder!
On to the next one, let’s bring it home and turn this around. LETS GO KRAKEN.
Good job gru, he got peppered tonight. We looked better in the 2nd half, but we gotta start sooner. Also, fuck the refs tonight.
Somebody have another baby or something, we need a new good luck charm
When will it be Grubauers turn to get at least a half decent D performance?
We can’t hang for shit with the East
Outstanding game by Grubi
Grubi getting his most saves in a game where we have a franchise low in shots is NOT GREAT
Great Goaltending
Great Offense
Great Defense
Pick One: **That’s Kraken Hockey**
Can we win a game scoring less than 4?
I kept just yelling flat, “BURAKOVSKY”, he’s got a good shot and all but he is not the guy who’s gonna push it into the zone. Lost it every time…..
Ed Olczyk is absolutely right. We need to shoot more. Wenberg is the most guilty. He seems almost afraid to shoot.
Also, Borokovsky can score goals, but he’s a liability on D. He voughs up the puck a lot. Beniers makes up for him a little, but he gives up the puck frequently in his own end.
On the positive side they never gave up. That’s good and will help going forward.
4.81 expected goals for Carolina, .94 for Seattle. Grubauer saved nearly 2 goals above expected and the offense produced diddly.
The Canes are a top team, but we need to be better if we want to contend.
Kraken lose, Seahawks getting straight up embarrassed at home on primetime TV.
This is a depressing day.
Absolutely brutal road trip. Would’ve liked more, but couldn’t have really expected too much.
The nice thing about win streaks is how they make slumps more bearable.
