Completely unacceptable play from a defenseman making over 9 million dollars. He's been getting worse and making more and more horrible mistakes, and now it's literally costing the Oilers games. Saturday they play by far the worst team in the league, and possibly the only team with worse defense than them. Nurse should be in the press box. A message needs to be sent, because obviously he's tuned out the coaches at this point.

Yet again nurse gives away the puck then takes himself out of the play while trying to block the shot with some half fast akward soccer save that screens the goalie. Don't they review film? The number of times nurse does these pathetic block attempts instead of using his stick is pathetic. Does no one else notice this?

Jay you need to take accountability. Overplaying key players like nurse, mcdavid, Leon. This is what happens due to that. Split up your power play time, you have other defensemen, split up the time a little better don’t push it on one player take accountability
The Team has to love this guy. He never buries any of his players publicly. Despite the Oilers media clowns trying to get something out of him.

Nurse needs to be a little safer when he has the lead. Even if that pass works 9 out of 10 there is still a chance. Skating one or 2 more strides he could have easily cleared it. Let along wrapping it around the wall. Not sure Nurse can take us there.
