1. Wow what an amazing player incredibly underrated, it’s gonna be real hard to replace him, tough loss, still not happy 😔

  2. I, like the entire Bolt nation, want to thank you Yanni for such great memories over these past few years. I can’t believe it. I wish you continued success in Seattle, unless you are playing the Lightning!

  3. Last time I got to see him play for the Bolts he beat the shit out of a Bruin. Good times.

  4. It’s always sad to see a guy go, but he’ll always have his name on the Cup twice as a Bolt, so he’ll always be one of us in spirit

  5. You cant replicate what he does and who he is. Hes got the heart of a lion, has relentless aggression, a goal scorer, a defender…Stamkos on the other hand waits til we're on the power play to be even remotely effective ..Horrible loss for the Lightning…

  6. Knew it was either Gourde, Palat or Killorn. Only question was; which one? Still a punch in the throat. Wishing Yanni all the best with the Kraken and thanks for making Mish's voice crack so many times! 😉

  7. I was actually going to ask for this video. Gonna miss him! Glad he's getting a payday though!

  8. Main guy I didn’t wanna lose, I hope him well I Seattle. We’re gonna be missing a lot of spunk when we need it.

  9. Y’all will reload. You have a model franchise and will always be in the mix. Started as a humble expansion team in the south back when I was a kid in the 1990s and have become a team like those Red Wings teams of the late 90s and early 2000s. Nothing left to prove. You’re amongst the NHL’s greatest stories that deserves to be commemorated.

  10. It’s too bad that Yanni is leaving. Bad move in my opinion, should have gotten rid of Stammer who hasn’t played a full season in how long? Stammer is always hurt and stays in one position during games and other teams had finally figured that out. Not very assertive in games, probably too afraid of getting hurt again. Bye Yanni and good luck. See you opening night back in Tampa.

  11. They won’t have him on the ice for a few months into the season. He underwent surgery on Monday.

  12. Yanni’s dedication, commitment, and sacrifice he put on every season and every game was unimaginable! I want to say thank you Yanni for everything you have done for us. Yanni will forever be a bolt and a legend in Tampa!!💙⚡️

  13. Guttiest and hardest playing player of his size, and a hell of a lot bigger, since Marty St. Louis. A great example of someone people think can't make it and does it better than anyone could have imagined. With 2 Cups, he should be the captain of Seattle. We're really going to miss him. I hate to see him go.

  14. I bet Yanni wishes all this Krapen nightmare will go away. What contest in hell did he just win? 🙁

  15. This is a guy that backed down from NO ONE. We'll miss you Yanni. I'm sure you'll give us hell just like Namestnikov does.

  16. Without Gourde, the Lightning won't have the same personality. He brought something to the team that cant be measured. My personal opinion, he should have been protected.

  17. As a WA native, when they announced his name in the expansion draft I immediately knew the first jersey I’d be getting. Thank you 🙏🏼
