  1. The flames and the maple leafs are going to be in the Stanley cup final next year and the Calgary flames will win the Stanley cup for the first time ever

  2. Keep Holl on your team though. Watching you’re highlights of the leafs in the playoffs, I don’t want him on my team lol

  3. As a leaf fan I’m gonna say no, Bailey is old and cant do much, and Bellows won’t really work.

  4. Move Marner for a kings ransom.. look what Calgary got for Tkachuk!!!!!! Leafs would a lot for Mickey Mouse 🐁

  5. They should have kept Galchenyuk, he was a perfect fit for Tavares and Nylander. Tavares was scoring and getting great passes from Galchenyuk. That was the best the second line ever played. He is a highly skilled with the puck and has excellent skating abilities. And for the money he was getting. Dumb Dubas. You can't complete the puzzle with out the right pieces. Every time you get close to finishing, and you can see those two pieces you need you start another puzzle and try to fit those pieces in the puzzle you never finished. I'm I the only one who sees that he has never completed a puzzle in his life. You can't get the right players that fit those pieces if you're shopping at the flea markets.

  6. Why on Earth would the Isles trade for a LHD when they need a RHD?
This makes no sense. If your imagination said Varly for Nylander, I would say you may have something both parties would be interested in.

  7. I am just going to say this as a big @Hot Take Hockey fan, John is doing everything he can to get the Leafs over the top by giving suggestions to Dubas and company on what he believes will put the Leafs over the TOP. I love it for the Leafs fan base what is more fun that playing arm chair GM!

  8. Kerfoot is such awesome value @ 3.5 million tho. There's been trade talk with this guy ever since he got here … poor guy. But nah… Bailey can't play

  9. Muzzin's contract should have been traded yesterday!!!…..and the yesterday before that …get it done Kyle

  10. At this point in baileys career. Hes done everything he can do for isles minus helping them bring a cup home. Which is not an easy task. That being said, he had a down year. Im not sure if covid effective him long term but after he came back from covid protocol I could tell he was just slower, short shifts, bad hockey iq. He’s been absolutely disgusting for us in playoffs tho. Some of his playmaking plays were insane to watch. And game 5 against the pens he came up clutch. I feel like what you get from josh bailey is worth more than the stat sheet. His professionalism and experience is unmatched. As for bellows, his skating to me is pretty bad. He just looks so upright and choppy but he does have a decent shot. Think he just needs some more ice time. This sounds like a pretty fair and even trade that both teams could benefit from.

  11. I'm gonna say no strictly for how it would look optically for islanders. It's Lou lamorello ( former gm of leafs ) trading with the team that tavares left to go to, And trading with the team that fired him.I think fan backlash is too much for them optically.

  12. I went to the last 2 games of the Islanders season and the isles fans were chatting hey hey ho ho Josh Bailey has go to go😂 I totally agree.

  13. Sorry I have no idea where you getting your info. But the isles have no interest in either Kerfoot or Muzzin. Especially Muzzin. Isles are either looking for a top 1st line winger (Kerfoot) is definitely not that. And Muzzin…hell No to his salary. We have LD in the system we will use such as Salo.

  14. As an Islander fan I like hearing these ridiculous trade options…..Like the Isles want Kerfoot and Muzzin plus another 4 to 5 million agains the cap…🤣🤣🤣

  15. Kyle Dumbass has ruined this team! Look at the lineup he inherited before his ridiculous overpaid contracts to their 'core 4'! How Shanahan and this unqualified buffoon keep their jobs is crazy!

  16. Die hard & life long Isles fan here. We desperately need a legit winger to play alongside Barzy more than anything! Until we get one we ain't winning 💩

  17. Josh Bailey is like 33 years old.and plays center. So the John Tavares thing is irrelevant..even if bailey play the wing ..he's not good.at all think carrier high of 17 goals. And. Not that good of.a puck.mover. ..nice try though..not good at all.

  18. Bro If you want muzzin and kerfoot for bailey and how ever the islanders have at D ..NYI would.have to send like 1 fr pick and 3 2nd round picks..and eat muzzins salary

  19. Bs.. This is not going to happen a trade between the Leafs and Iles won't be happening as long as Lamerillo is the GM in Long Island. And Bailey was on JT's wing for lack of a better option and the Leafs have a bunch of middle 6 guys that could be a better option than Bailey. I think Muzzin is headed to a team in California with L.A. and Anaheim being the most likely destinations. Kerfoot and Holl I could see them being moved together to Dallas or San Jose as they both lost RH defencemen and could use a forward that is as versatile as Kerfoot the 2 should bring back a first round pick and a 3rd or 4th round pick. Muzzin would bring in a first as well which LA or Ana will be more than happy to pay such a price for teams looking to become closer to being contenders. Leafs will sign Sandin to the bridge deal Liljegren signed or he signs long-term for no more than 3 M AAV and no less than 6 years which would be stupid because Liljegren would get two options at the end of this bridge deal. One sign another bridge deal of 1 or 2 years and 4M AAV or sign long term 7-8 years at 5-6M AAV. Sandin believes he deserves better than sign 2 years @1.4M AAV same as Liljegren and prove it. Overall the Leafs are going to be very tough to beat after getting some super value from the so called bargain bin of free agency and landed one hell of a deal getting Murray @ 75% the cap hit along with the late round picks for nothing. This guy is completely healthy for the first time since he won 2 Stanley Cups with Pittsburgh. Dubas wasn't planning on bringing back Campbell after the Draft and probably before that but he was completely comfortable after landing the next Henrik Lundqvist and already having Erik Kallgren and a few other high ceiling tenders not the least of which was the signing of Ilya Samsonov. I see a chance (and a great one at that) they keep Kerfoot because of the versatility he brings to the lineup and I would love if he stayed unless he was taking money from a potential Kadri signing (which is highly unlikely) other than that he is a great piece of a championship puzzle! Having said all I have this team is finally ready to compete for the Stanley cup and for years to come.

  20. As an Isles fan I like it, though Muzzen would likely be paired with Mayfield. Bailey has worn out his welcome and could flourish on an offensive team like the Leafs, especially reunited with Tavares.

  21. No one will take Leafs overpaid aging/injury prone (Muzzin) and non-impact (Kerfoot) players without Leafs throwing in a 1st or 2nd and/or retaining some of their salary.
