Tbh we lost 2-1 to a surging Rangers with a former Hart/Vezina candidate in net getting back into the groove and the breadman. Leafs are fine rn

Not to be Debbie downer but I think this is where they will cool off. They had these mini streaks and achievements like Marner and team streaks as well as shutouts. Those are small but they’re aspects that motivate the team to give 101% each outing.
Not that there isn’t motivation to play solid like they have, regardless of streaks, they should be motivated to continue but I just feel they may lose a few down the stretch here with those “mini” achievements somewhat gone now.
I could completely be wrong and they continue the solid trend here.
