Leafs needed to play Kessel on the 3rd line and refused. Pittsburgh put Kessel on the third line. Arizona did not. See a pattern?
Praise Be to The Phil.
K if u r going to the anime convention cosplay as luffy
If Phil is on the Oilers I'm calling my fantasy team There Will Be Phil.
Phil and the Oilers would be a perfect fit.
yzerman tried to sign him but he didn't want to go to a bum team lol
I think it would be a good idea
Well he is a former Leaf. And I know you were concerned about Edmonton's restaurant's during the Kuzmenko signing….I positively guarantee you that we have Hotdog stands in Edmonton. This could work.
The iron man record is holding Kessel back. He’s good for supplementary scoring, but you want to healthy scratch him from time to time
just saying the oilers projected cap space is almost -3M
Why Would Edmonton Hire a senior citizen to play with this team Good Lord!
I still think he's going to buffalo
Legorock is a great youtuber
I don't see him signing for less than 4 mill it won't work
I’m not gonna lie, kessel would be good along side Connor for sure he can snipe from mcdavid feeds
All I know is, is that he would score a lot more points than other 3M dollar players playing alongside anybody with talent.
Are there certain parts of his game that you cannot live with?
Are there certain parts of your team’s current top 6 that are even weaker at 3M??
If yes, then this is a very easy choice
How are the hot dogs in Edmonton? I could see him liking donairs. Might be a good fit.
Favorite American born player.
No. Please No. There many reasons why he is not a good fit and is not needed. Part of the reasons has to do with his game and part has to do with the Oilers. His game has come and gone. He is a defensive liability, he is to expensive and he would take a spot that otherwise could be taken by a young player (Holloway for example). No. He will not make the difference that some think he would.
I would put him on a line with Hyman and drai but that would mean he wouldn’t get a lot of goals but probebly a lot of assists
Kessel won’t change them.
Ya I don’t think that’s a good idea. If you watch him play The guy floats around out there and avoids all high traffic areas. He had six hits last year. He doesn’t compete.
If they have the cap space, they should seriously consider signing him!
Heck, I half wish the Leafs could sign him…depth scoring!
dumbest idea. holland will be getting himself fired w a time bomb like phil.
Man McDavid, Dri, Nugg, Hyman Kane and a Kessel, wow that would be awesome!!
Phil is actually lazy. Listen to any Phil kessel story on spittin chiclets. Refusing to drink water and only wants Coca Cola, hates training camp and working out. Lol there’s a reason they make memes and jokes. Imagine how good hed be if he trained like mcdavid
