Sens.. didn't give up so still feel positive about how they are playing especially since they played well in 3rd period on a back to back …Talbot played yesterday so ? Probably not a big difference.

As a Minnesotan I can second that we are used to being let down which is why the Wild and Vikings are so stressful to watch this year. They keep not letting us down at the end of each game.

The wild had another gear had they needed it. They didn't need it. Props to the Sens for pushing back in the 3rd a bit, but you really only need to win by one goal.
As i said earlier this season, I won't panic about the WILD until the end of December. Well since they brought in RR they've been a completely different team. My biggest gripe with the wild has been not having a big physical presence on the ice, Last year they brought in Middleton and D-Lo to help, when D-lo couldn't be resigned i said they'll need to find someone to help out. Well they got RR and all of a sudden this team looks completely different from what we seen in October and November. Still need a true #1 Center but these young guys are trying to step up and it's helping. The Wild are back to a point where they have a legitimate shot at a Playoff push. If this team continues to show improvement this month and doesn't hit the usual January slump i dont see a reason to panic.
This is the Wild that only Wild fans know about. Yeah, our teams disappoint us in the playoffs without fail, but they also have stretches in the regular season every year where they look unstoppable. In the end, it's all about winning the cup, and I won't remember this game at the end of the season, but for today, the Wild are the very best hockey team, and I've learned to appreciate that.
I was pumped to go to this game. We had a great time! Last game I was at was back in March of 2020, about a week before covid hit.

I think it was the right move putting Forsberg in goal today. Yesterday's game was more important for the Sens to win against the Wings. Lot of divisional games coming up and best to have Talbot in for them.
Forsberg kept them in last year; he's as good as Talbot when he's on his game. Same thing for Talbot, not always superb. Gustavson was good, better than he was for Ottawa.
I don’t care about any of these teams but THG is just tooooooooo good.
