This shit was a textbook trip. Didn’t touch the puck in any capacity, only tripped Mika. It is literally 2 officials staring at them too.
It’s a blown call. There really isn’t anyone going to dispute that. Game results are in the history books now so it’s onto the next game. 🤷♂️

All sports would better if the refs were put in pressers following games. Hold them accountable.
they have the greatest job security in all occupations. If put in the spotlight for bad calls or even just games reviewed in general, they would end up being getting better.
Think of yourself. If you didnt have a yearly review and each year ended with a raise no matter what and no threat of a job loss, would you care to even try to do extra work or be better at your job? No. Same with if anyone was critical of your performance, they would be fined or suspended while you were pampered. would you bother trying to be better? Nope.
Fuck the refs/umpire/officials union or what the fuck ever gave them this job security because its showing. It becomes a show that gets them in the spotlight because they do way to much and call every softy or nothing at all because they are happy with a pay check and only calling something just because they were probably bored
