    Leafs should (but won’t) swing a ‘statement’ trade letting the players know that no one is safe on this roster. They haven’t accomplished anything noteworthy so far with this roster so its not like they’ll be messing with a winning formula.

    I am in line with these views, good evaluation of the situation. Bad idea to make big changes, but a couple of small ones are absolutely neccessary to meet the lofty goal. But I would say Mikayev outweighs Nylander all things considered and is only behind AM & MM. I think Campbell is a great #2, a keeper but not #1 any way. Cant forget good ones coming up too that have to play. Hire Perry part time, starting date March 1st. Mraczek cant stay. This team is close, disregard the noise.

    This term was built on a very certain way and that way hasn’t been able to get them out of the first round (especially lose game 7’s). This leafs system hasn’t worked and whether people like it or not there has to be some type of change to how the team works.

    With the current leafs team any Coach should be able to get 100 points. Fire Keefe as he should have devised a strategy / tactics to close out the series.

    Just subscribed. Great content. It was a successful regular season but in whole it was not successful because this team needs to win in the playoffs. The organization needs to change the coach and trade Willy for sure. The big issue is goaltending for sure

    Lots to be proud of this year guys….love this group. Bring back Geo and Spez, for one more year…we need them…so close guys….win or learn…..good year overall…almost, so close…….played the best team….and almost had them,…..just a little more grit, hunger, want….win or learn….we got this…this group needs to stay together….its very good……..just get rid of G Mazerk….bad signing, mistake, it happens, learn, move on, save money…………..love the new young goalie Kall and 2 D added, Geo and Lyu…..great year coming up….enjoy the summer, train harder….come back better…..all positive….

    Engvall and keefe have to go. Engvall did absolutely nothing. He is a weakness. There is no point in having a huge player that plays like a 5.5 foot guy. If Babs was still coach the leafs would have got past the first round the last 3 years.

    It wasn't Kyle that got us the number 1 pick over all. If not for mitch and mathews and getting lucky drafts. What would he have achieved?

    The normal leafs response is to blow it up, make terrible trades, for terrible draft picks, and than fire the coach and gm every other year.

    Here's a thought. All the top leafs take a pay cut to prove they want to play together and give dubas more cap space to add not subtract another great player. It would be unprecedented. And stop waving a white towel at leaf playoff games. Go BLUE…
