calgary just kept throwing the puck at the net and oilers are lucky the flmaes didn't get lucky bounces or anything. I think the flames definitely outplayed the oilers. Stew kept them in the game for sure.
That goal by Connor looked very similar to the goal that he scored to put us into the western conference last season!,.even Leon getting the puck to him was the same!…lol
Davo was right. Nurse played great. Haters focus in on his errors but don’t ever consider all the things he does well. If not for Nurse tonight there would have been 3+ breakaways on the Right side of the ice. Ceci/Bouchard made a few errors and Nurse’s speed got him to the pucks before the flames. The flames scored 1 goal yet haters will still say something bad about Nurse.
Evander Kane wouldn’t let that game going he would stepped up for Connor… and no one did tonight it shows we don’t have toughness without Kane, poor Connor just had to let it go
