This guy will always remain my favorite Habs player of all time.

Which hockey players can express themselves like this?

Hockey needed you PK, it needed you so bad, but it didn’t know it and it wasn’t ready.

That was good to listen to him speak trufully. I always loved watching him play and hated how he was treated in Montreal.

PK would’ve thrived under the current management. Biggest heartbreak since I’ve been watching the Habs. Love this guy forever

if my employer sold clothing they would not be happy if I was selling my own line on the side. How does he not understand this. There was a season long lockout over sharing some of that revenue with players. his « brand » was not just hurting the team but his teammates too and I think that is PK in a nutshell. Simply oblivious to the difference between « im not hurting anybody » and « im not directly hurting anybody »

  5. I loved PK as a Hab as much as anyone else, but is it a coincidence his conditioning seemed to suffer as his off ice success and brand increased? Started getting injury prone, including the chronic back issue. Might not be related at all, but food for thought. Maybe he wasn’t taking his conditioning as seriously as he should have in the off season. There is no way he left himself any time to train when he was constantly out and about like a socialite on instagram.

Either way the old boys dinosaur club way of thinking is so shitty.

PK’s Rexdale accent is gone! I can barely hear the Toronto in his voice now. I guess living in the States for 6 years will do that to you.

man the more i hear about bergevin’s regime, the more i think that he was garbage at his job

PK nor any other player is bigger the the big CH.

So they traded him for a bag of pucks.
