Awful. From offense to defense to goaltending. I hope to see some anger on Saturday. Also to all the rielly haters. Did he give up a giveaway yes, but you can't just blame him. Everyone was awful. He doesn't decide how well the team does when he's in the lineup. They proved they can be good without him. They need to show it with him in the lineup

Losing to McBain at Mullet Arena felt more like The Simpsons than NHL
44 back and the losing streaks will start to build as we saw tonight with his giveaway. A seriously overrated and over hyped player. He is built in the Gardiner style, not really a defence man, makes a few good passes forward but not much to write home about. His main problem is he lacks concentration, too many computer games, I’m guessing.

I know the Leafs have played well for the past 2 months and we shouldn't complain considering the standings BUT….. the goaltending has not looked great recently. Both Murray and Samsonov seem to be struggling. Hopefully they can get their game back soon!

Why do we lose to Arizona and other teams like that all the time? All you have to do is work hard and you win. You only lose when you play like shit because that's how Arizona wins – they try hard and take advantage of teams who take them lightly. You can blame the goaltending or Rielly, but the reality is that the core did nothing this game. When Timmins, Holmberg, Jarncrok, etc. are your best players, you know the team isn't trying. I don't care if you lose, but it totally disrespects the fans when 40 million in cap space can't be bothered to check into the hockey game.
I swear to god, if the core 4 aren't getting 2+ points each per game in the playoffs, I'm going to riot about the poor work ethic and lack of championship habits, and I will lose hope that this team can ever win until the next rebuild. Don't squander your chance this year. Next year, your team is going to be worse with all that UFAs – this is the last year you can do something before the division gets even harder. You blow it, it's downhill from there. Without an infusion of top draft picks, I don't know how this team will recover from the loss of Bunting, Holl, Kerfoot, Kampf, etc. because you can't afford them all and I doubt you find another Kampf or Bunting on the cheap like last time.

Can't win m all. That would make games very boring to watch. I'm just happy whenever my favorite players get a point. Always been a huge fan of Holl bc I think he's a great guy, Mitch clearly feels very zen around him (and zen Mitch = beast mode Mitch) so that helps our results but more importantly I just want to see him do well and be happy. +1 assist, very nice work 🤗
