I don’t think it’s fair to put Evans on there. He might not be producing much offensively, but he’s always a reliable, hardworking player, and he does well defensively.
He’s had a carousel of wingers with varying quality this year, and he’s had mostly defensive assignments. The few times he’s been with decent offensive players I felt like he’s done quite well.
