Remember last year he had a breakdown on the ice to? I don't recall the specific incident but I do remember it was during a slump and he got mad on ice at another team mate. It was talked about a lot that week to, so now back to back years losing it on team mates
JT is a cancer on this team. He has been since his arrival. What he did here was brutal, as a team leader yet alone as a team member.
When I observed him in the video during the second period intermission, it was apparent this guy is in a world of his own. They're doing a video in a car and he is texting and has the personality of a slug during the conversation.

I don't get the turnback. I mean, even without the extra skater there's less than a minute to go so go hard at the net, if it doesn't go in you could get a rebound, even if the goalie covers up there's going to be more chances. You're already behind so even if you don't get the goal at least you played with a good attitude and had a go – but by turning back you take away your team's chance to win. I get protecting a lead but not protecting a deficit. That's without even considering the way he treated the goalie.
It was the last few minutes of the game, they were in the defensive zone… You never pull your goalie when you’re in the defensive zone. JT wasn’t paying attention to what was going on.

If the goalie went to the bench when JT turned around at the blue line, JT wouldn't have to go behind the net.
He could have circled back at the top of the faceoff circle because he would have had support from the other wing.
Also he would have had the extra skater on the ice as a 3rd outlet in the neutral zone.
The goalie going to the bench would have been a perfect pick for JT to use against the defender.
The left winger was standing still, if JT passes it to him the defender is right on it.
I say the the 3rd string goalie made the error, he should have skated straight to the bench and not stopped. He stopped at the 56 second mark and he wasn't even skating hard to the bench.

JT Miller was in the defensive zone with the puck, it was way too dangerous to leave the next. If Miller lost the puck, he would have sat down and watched how the play turned out. Delia is probably well aware of Miller's defensive zone play.
