1. Jesse what is the worst goal song? For me is that song the wild got and whatever Seattle are doing to destroy nirvana.

  2. If I'm the coach, I'm holding my hand up like "Stop", once the puck is under my team's control in their zone I'd signal for him to come to the bench. But Delia did his part perfectly. Team doesn't have control in the other end and so he'd stay put. As everyone saw in the game, as soon as Delia went to the bench the Jets got and empty net goal.

  3. Someone should tell Doc Brown that it's not 1985 and he can't just get into a DeLorean every time he's on the ice, gun it to 88, and forget that defence is a thing. And I guarantee if that was Demko, there's no way he's behaving like that. This reminds me of when Casey Printers had a public meltdown with the BC Lions over an incomplete pass at the end of a game. He was released the very next day. Unfortunately, NHL contracts are guaranteed and the Canucks are stuck with this 30 year old child who doesn't want to improve his defensive play for the next 7 years because he just got $56 million. At the cost of the team captain and leading goal scorer, and maybe Kuzmenko, too. If I'm Delia, an AHL goaltender, and Miller has the puck in my zone, I'm not going anywhere until he's passed the puck off and it's safely out of the defensive zone. I'm not taking any chances with that guy. He's a -13 and the king of turning the puck over and not back checking. Unless I can see a clear signal from the bench to leave the net, I'm staying put. Boeser, who is a -14, had the puck previously. As it was, if I remember correctly, the Jets scored an ENG after that. So who was right and who was wrong again?

  4. Trying my best to play Devil's Advocate: Maybe in this situation there's a set play Delia wasn't aware of? In that case, that's on the Coach, isn't it? That's as far as I can get with that, as even if that was the case, Miller shouldn't be having a tantrum. If he's a star, he has to adapt and find another way. Nah, the more I think about it, the more turd like Miller becomes.

  5. If I’m a goalie I’d be terrified of leaving my own zone when JT Miller has the puck right in front of the net

  6. 7 years haven't even started to kick in yet and fans, and the media, can't wait to see him gone. Good luck! 😅

  7. So everyone thinks Miller should be traded out of Vancouver because of this one incident, or have there been others? Is it possible that the coach had called for Delia and Miller was relaying the message if it wasn't heard?

  8. as a goalie I would be ready to fight Miller in the room after the game
get possession in the o zone then I'll go

  9. Goalie don't care what jt was saying, he was looking at the coach n Bruce didnt call him until he left the net , , I would look at my owner not crewleader lol

  10. Shame on J.T. Miller for yelling at the Canucks' goalie. It sends the wrong message to young, impressionable fans. Miller should have gone to the goalie, calmly explained the situation, and politely asked the goalie to go to the bench so another skater can get on the ice.

  11. I’d be staying in my net if the biggest defensive liability has the puck behind the net and I’m leaving it open

  12. people are just milking this for content. a rookie made a rookie mistake, so his teammate yelled at him, not to clown him, but to get his attention. this is a professional game where you can punch a guy in the face if you dont like him, now JT Miller is a poor sport for directing traffic, give me a break. the banging the stick on the goal was extra but at the same time MIller has also been accused of not caring once he got paid. Bruce even said he wanted the goalie to come the bench and blamed himself for not making that clear to goalie.

  13. Another thing that wasn't brought up… Watch the game highlights, Delia was incredible that game and had about 3 outstanding saves. Also coming into this game, the Canucks had won 3 in a row. Now all that confidence and progress isn't being talked about because of a list minute incident in this game

  14. I understand why Miller was passionate and upset in the moment yelling at his own teammate. However he was absolutely wrong to do so. Miller, if he was upset at the goalie for not breaking for the bench should have stayed in his own lane and focused more on his own play. Miller didn't do anything in that moment to show the goalie that the team was in control and it was appropriate to leave the net. With all this being said where in the !@#$ where all of the coaches in this moment doing their job to manage a situation?!

  15. The part nobody seems to be mentioning is that not even 20 seconds after this farce the Jets scored an empty-net goal… Delia wasn't only the best player on the Canucks that game but he was 100% right to return to the net.
Also it's neither his nor Millers call when or how to pull the goalie, that's always entirely on the Coach.

  16. Miller is lucky it wasnt some one like patrick Roy in nets. he would have just walked the f$%^ out of the building right then and there.

  17. I agree thinking of changing teams ffs Miller is garbage and dim jim ruthertard resigned him ffs get him out of town

  18. To me he's using a player that may never stay with the team to undermine the coach, it's a direct message to the coach to me

  19. You are terrible at what you do … I love your very professional call – “blah blah blah blah blah” way to break it down buddy – Jim Hughson would be proud … also you don’t “pot” an empty net – the only thing worse than this play – is your description of it … please – retire
