Yeah I was kinda hoping for a good old Seattle Metropolitans vs Vancouver Millionaires game. But this is still cool to see the 2 newest teams go at it, albeit it's not really that 'classic.'

What if the 2025 Winter Classic take place in Toronto? I would like the Maple Leafs to take on Montreal or Ottawa at either the Rogers Centre or BMO Field? Toronto and Montreal played road teams respectively against Detroit in 2014 and Boston in 2016 (I went to the 2016 Winter Classic in Foxboro).

Interesting matchup. Will be a fun one to watch though I think it should be Canucks visiting Kraken for the Northwest rivalry purposes. Still waiting for the Devils to get their turn and host at MetLife for once though.
