  1. As an Isles fan, fire Lou. He’s a garbage dinosaur who’s hurt the team so badly

  2. Do you think the leafs have collectively gotten worse after this off season? Do you think Matt Murray can be a reliable starter considering his lack of play last season?

  3. Also, it's not like Czech is a bad league. There are guys that go straight to NHL from there (Rutta, Kubalik, Vejmelka, …)

  4. Monahan's body is done.
He's famous in the Calgary bar scene. The guy relied on his talent over hard work his whole career. This is the season it catches up with him.

  5. The reason Sean Monahan doesn't get ice time is because the dude is half robot. His injury history is insane.

  6. Not many people realize this but the flames have cap space coming for next off season so they can easily resign weegar to 3-5 years at 6.5-7.5 a season !!

  7. Edmonton exposed Jacob Markstrom as the average goaltender that he is. I believe the Calgary Flames are going to be significantly below where they were last year despite the fact that the team in front has improved.

  8. Here’s a question with Vancouvers off season are they now legitimate play off contenders or will the lack of defence out weigh their forward depth

  9. If Patty Kane comes to Edmonton do you think it’s enough to get past Colorado Considering there risk in net with Georgiev

  10. The problem with Monahan is that it wasn’t Sutter healthy scratching him, his hips are just completely destroyed. He’ll never get back to 20-30 goals with both hips replaced. He’s basically lost all his strength and speed, even with the replacements all it will take is 1 solid hip check or awkward hit into the boards to end his career.

  11. He had a slow start in his 9 game sample size last season but do you see Kent Johnson being a Calder finalist

  12. In my opinion I think Chicago deserves Bedard the most because we literally have no prospects literally nothing.

  13. Monahan's problem is his health I think more than anything. He's had 2 hip, 2 wrist and a back surgery already, he may well spend the year on LTIR. If he's healthy though I think he'll do well there, guy knows how to score. I have his jersey, I'm really sad to see him go

  14. Calgary did an excellent job pivoting this offseason. Brad Treliving should get GM of the year consideration if Calgary does as well as expected.

  15. Super cool learning you're from Halifax! I just live in the Truro area. Love this channel even more now that I know it's a Nova Scotia guy!

  16. Flames fans need to realize Kadri had 1 good season playing with top NHL players like Makar, MacKinnon. He still has issues with the League. Getting kicked out of the face-off circle still exists. The refs don't give him any chances for not being put in the penalty box. My recommendation for Flames get ready to scratch your heads trying to figure out why he has face-off problems.
