That Myers penalty is so frustrating. I don't understand how players still think they can get away with blatantly slashing the gloves of the opposing puck carrier? He's not smart enough to play proper positional hockey and so when he gets beat his first instinct is to just hook or slash the guy that got past him with his giant stick and take a penalty. There are far too many players on this team that make dumb mistakes but are somehow incapable of learning from them so they don't repeat the same errors each time.
4:27 is such perfect timing 3-7 vancouver leading in giveaways and then what do you know myers givesaway the puck and islanders score. Pretty much sums up Canucks
