bedard come home!!!!
I watched the game (not really) and I agree, I feel like we shouldn't focus on the playoffs this year.we need to focus on the golden opportunity and go after the local boy or should I say the local Beast in Connor Bedard
Lose next 9 first period that's it 12 more losses game lose where out
The game was dogshit you didn’t miss anything
I have one question, should Canucks buyout Myers in this off season ?
Great work and the canucks will come around eventually
Good call burn calories, I went to swim practice, hardest one of the year
Nobody is playing with any confidence. Not surprised here.
Ive never wanted them to tank but this season is different
bunch of losers. several players apparently lack character. Such a shame that these lame ducks wear a Canucks jersey.
They have to finish in last place overall just to have a 75 percent chance to lose out on Bedard.
They are tanking for Bedard
This team is not tanking. If they really want to tank, they need to trade roster players away now for draft picks and prospects. That's tanking. Besides, even if they were tanking, there are other teams that are tanking far "better" than they are. (Chicago, Arizona, Anaheim). Bedard gonna end up in Chicago.
Canucks are so screwed 🙁
Next 5yrs of bottom 8 incoming. No Horvat, Boeser or Hughes as of March.
Stop getting my hopes up! You know Canucks aren't allowed to pick first overall!
I rather lose 100-99 for points padding
yeah I went to the game and after the 5th islanders goal was scored, I immediately got up and left
The reason everyone is getting sick of these discussions? It's because for the past year, there's been NO major moves, and the only minor moves slightly improved our 4th line. We have nothing to get excited about because it's like a Seinfeld episode. Nothing happens each episode. At least we could laugh at Seinfeld. We should start to move all the people that can a) get us prospects and picks and b) cause us to plummet in the standings. Only problem is we could lose every game til the end of the season and come in rock bottom and you know we'd lose the lottery, because we have horrific luck at the draft lottery. Never moved up, Always either stayed the same (rarely) but usually drop 1 or 2 spots. What are the chances of us coming in last and actually picking first? If it wasn't for bad luck we'd have no luck at all.
Saw Tampa tank and a few other teams, but this team loses legitimately. Painful to watch these guys lose the way they do. Still think they have a very low physical presence. And it hurts them in most games. Move Schenn and Bo and this team sinks like lead. But something needs to be done. Those contracts are killing us.
I know that the team may not be the worst in the league, but god dammit we need connor bedard
Operation Bomb for Bedard is in full swing. Everything is working according to plan. The first half of the first period had me worried though, lol.
Any Canucks fan knows that we will not get Bedard, we are the Canucks after all.
ET calls bedard home!
This is why the Canucks sucks, prime example Bo Horvat 28 goals but realistically 18 because 11 are tip ins, Canucks get sucked into stupid contracts instead of understanding real value or realistic value. Their decisions at key times are garbage and the team is what it is. A Cup is long out of reach and they have wasted 11 years already and I don't see them changing anytime soon.
Hey Lego-bud, really appreciate your content. I'm a Burnaby boy livin' in Tasmania and you're efforts/coverage play a huge role in helping maintain a connection to nuck-life. Plan to move back north soon, it'd be intriguing to have a 'nucks meltdown conversation with you someday! Keep doin' your thing LR99, it means more than you know.
Bedard petey and imagine if they trade for laffy taffy dammmmmm that’s a stacked top 6
