   This year really feels like a tweener year in the East. The teams like Pittsburgh and Washington are clearly losing a step but aren’t totally done yet and the upstart teams like us and Detroit and Ottawa are really close to figuring it out but not totally there yet. Would not be surprised at all if next year is the year everything gets jumbled.
