Happy to see Taylor Hall finally getting a chance at the cup
Really sucks to see JD out, bruins instead of having 3 excellent lines. they now have 2 excellent line and 2 meh lines. TBH I don't see bruins signing Smith, Foligno obviously (wasted 6million plus for 4th line wingers) and maybe zacha might leave depending on krejci and bergeron. Overall this team will not be playoff contenders next year.
Here is a stat…if the all come out of the tunnel and play the full game…theeeey probably win! I still think they suck…but I say that after I’m driving home from philly after a loss!

The term first rounder for a player is over used … Frederic is changing his game to be the best in the NHL weather your a first rounder or a 7th it should be about consistency in the line-up
I can't believe the incredible stat nobody seems to be talking about – goal differential. That's why this team is better than previous good Bruins teams. They are freaking +60. The next closest team is Dallas with +30. We have to recognize how insane that is.

On Day 1 of this season, I jokingly texted my friends “Bruins with 68 wins this season let’s go”

Ice hockey is a Zone Coverage Game. European Ice Soccer is Not a Zone Coverage Game. The Team that is Fastest at Covering Their Zones is the Team that Wins the Cup. If your team is not Covering their Zones Correctly, it's because the Team is More interested in a Player looking good rather than the Team looking good, FACT.
The team is great, but I hope Sweeney knows he still needs to be aggressive about making additions. He needs to go all out at the deadline this year, to me everything is available except Lohrei, including Lysell. It's not that I think Lohrei is the better prospect, I just think we're gonna need to trade Grzelyck in the offseason for cap reasons, so keeping Lohrei is important for organizational LHD depth.
Bruin seem to be interested in left shot centers from the rumors that I've seen, reports said that they looked into each of Toews, Monahan, and Horvat. Horvat is obviously the best option, but would come at a price that would make me want it to come with an extension. Monahan is having a good bounce back year, but his injury history would have me very apprehensive about his ability to hold up through the playoffs. Toews is a proven winner, and his NMC should lower his price, but his salary would make it very hard to add him, nevertheless leaving us room for other moves. O'Reilly is another interesting option but I haven't seen any reports saying the bruins are interested, but it wouldn't surprise me if they were.
The only guy of those 4 that I'm actively against trading for is Monahan, just don't trust his durability. Also another option if they want a left shot center in the lineup is to move Zacha over to center. IMO the best he's looked all season is the couple games he filled in there when Krejci was hurt, so It might be the best way to get him going.
What direction Sweeney decides to go in is anyones guess, but I have this funny feeling that at some point in the next 8 weeks Horvat gets dealt to the bruins.

Where is Your Stat for How Well You Cover Your Zone. If Your First Basemen in Baseball was standing behind the Third Basemen, You wud Notice. How come You don't Notice Who is Not covering Their Zones. Because You Don't know the difference between Ice Hockey and Euro Ice Soccer, do You?
