If the Sabres can somehow upgrade their defense they could get to the postseason. It's hard seeing a team with 2 top 10 players in the league not making the playoffs.
Refs didn't call Tuch getting knocked down by a Wild player, then didn't call him ragdolling another Wild player in retaliation. Then they don't call Skinner getting hooked, nor calling him on retaliating by holding the stick of the Wild player who did it. Then no call on that blatant offsides. Good lord, what were they doing? Either way… 5 games in Black & Red, no losses, 6 goals in each game. Yeah… I don't think anyone is beating the Goatheads this year.
