As a huge lifelong Ranger fan. I have to admit, Hughes is something special, and he's still real young. He's always a legitimate threat when he's on the ice. Good to see him growing into an elite player in the NHL. I just hope his off nights come playing the Rangers.

Turning point in this game was when Severson rang that hard clapper (shorthanded, btw) off Shesterkins mask. You could tell he was shook.
As a devils fan, I feel let down like all the other teams have a nice looking reverse retro while we have a damn burger king jersey. Seriously just slap that bk mascot's head on there as the logo
I don't know why, but I don't like the Devil's reverse retro. It's a great jersey, but I just hate it for some reason

I'm a Devils fan and those retro jerseys with the Colorado Rockies colors STINK… when worn casually by a normal person. Paired with the matching red shorts and white socks with matching stripes on the players on the ice, they look fantastic. Even though I would never buy this jersey for myself, I do hope they keep wearing them from time to time.

I was watching the games on the TV at my friends house, (I’m a Rangers fan and he’s a Devils fan), and I opened a Pringles can when Hughes scored, I was like “well, that sucks”. And during the 2nd period I open the same Pringles can and starting eating when the Devils score both goals and then win the match in OT.
I swear my friend cursed those Pringles..
Edit: I’m still pissed that we blew 2 goals 2 times..
