  1. Draisaitl is such a beast. Battles through his obvious injury to pot a multi-point game and his 50th goal/100th point of the season.
Mans is the full package and deserves the Hart/Lindsay

  2. Mike smith is fighting several nightmare games but he did really good tonight 👏

  3. I don’t follow the Oilers in detail but they look more complete after getting Kane and now Kulak. Having watched Kulak play in Montreal he’s good all around and will fit in nicely.

The Howard pickup I think is great also.

  4. CONGRATS DRAISAITL!

TWO 50 Goals Season and THREE 100 point season so far in his career … 2nd BEST Player in the World..

  5. Fun fact: Before Tippet's release, the Oilers were 22nd overall at 5 on 5 goals for, well below 50%. Since February 11 under Woodcroft, the Oilers are now sitting at #7 overall at 5 on 5 goals for, slightly over 50%. Florida ranks #1 at 58% GF

  6. Man the Ducks have collapsed. Stolarz should be starting more though, obviously not Gibson's fault in the loss, but I think the score might have been a bit more even had they gone with Stolarz

  7. before i watch the highlight oilers are gonna have a 4-1 lead in the 1st and win in OT

  8. Are we sure Gibson is better than Stolarz? I feel like Gibson needs a change of scenery. He doesn't seem like the brick wall he used to be.

  9. That McDavid kid seems pretty good! Might be one to watch…. 😂

  10. I didn't watch the whole game, but a couple of those rebounds it looked like Smith struggled to recover once he slid accross.

He got the initial bid but got stuck on his backside a little longer than he should've. Probably just the highlights.

  11. Worst commentary I’ve ever heard. Kane never tipped kulaks shot, McDavid off the bench to score. They when drysdale takes a slap shot on smith. They say draisatl takes a backhand on smith. Jesus. Brutal

  12. I feel sorry for Gibson. The Oilers scored when he is screened or moved a lot. BTW, the NHL need to add a stat for screening the goalie when his team mates score. There should be a Tomas Holmström Award for best screener every season. I am deeply impressed by the players who dare to go there. They are cross-checked and slashed regularly, and there is a risk that their team mates shots hurt them, yet they come back consistently to increase the scoring probability of their team mates. Talk about taking one hell of a beating regularly for the team. Of course, this is most evident in the play-offs.
