An NHL coach usually gets fired after 3 or 4 years. Do you think MSL and his coaching staff could be the reason why the veterans are not performing? Pitlick is killing it in the AHL. Anthony Richard was killing it in the AHL. But, a lot more players were expected to perform better like Hoffman, Anderson, Dach, Dadanov, Armea, and Drouin. I have mentioned 8 players so far and I'm leaving some out. These are professional hockey players and it's not normal that so many of them aren't performing. I'm more or less on the "tank for Bedard train" but will he progressed under the coaching staff we have now? Will Adam Fantilli , Matvei Michkov , Leo Carlsson, Brayden Yager , Eduard Sale , Calum Ritchie progress under the current coaching staff? I'm not sure and if our prospects don't progress, we are doomed. Do you think the coaching staff should be fired SOONER than LATER?

That was a pathetic output. The result – another loss at home. I don't think the colour of the jersey really matters. Coming off the momentum of the previous 5-4 win against St. Louis I thought they were going to keep that fire going and possibly pull off 3 or 4 in a row. But it just didn't happen. One team stood up to play this game tonight, the other team was getting booed off the ice.
Apart from the first attack, the rest of the team is incredibly incompetent. Plus, Slaf doesn't have the acceleration needed for the style of hockey that Montreal plays – that is, the forward system and full force backward. It's terribly difficult to make it there, there's no one to pass you, you have no one to pass, and at least every opponent is three classes better.
But.. wish them some system and good trades.. Go habs go
Slaf is getting enough minutes to learn how to play with his head up. Once he gets used to that, he can get more icetime and start to be productive. Based on this game he’s starting to feel good with hos head up.
