Another Maurice 3rd period master class. Get this fucking bozo out.
Fire Maurice. We had this game. Add it to the pile of 6 or 7 other games we would’ve won if we had a competent coach
Just when it seemed like the team was finally turning the corner and joining the brink of the playoff race, it all falls apart in the third period. Bob played out of his mind and we left him out to dry and blew a lead. Couldn’t even salvage a point. This would have been a huge game to right the ship. We would’ve gone 3-1-0 on the road trip. Winners of 4 out of 5. It all came down to the third period and we choked. Can’t convert on 5 on 3. Giving up breakaways with a 3rd period lead. We were outmatched all game and Bob kept us in it, of course our coach made no adjustments. We had a nice stretch at the end of the second period and beginning of the third. It’s a story we’ve all seen before and I’m tired of this season. Not sure why I stayed up thinking we’d finally string together some wins. I forgot we have the coach with the most losses in NHL history. And that, folks, was a Paul Maurice special. Fire this bum already.
