Russo on the Athletic had heard that EP wont sign an extension. He said it was a gut feeling but that he also had a source. My guess is that he talked to someone who had talked to EP, so not him or his agent. The most likely scenario is that if true, EP told someone that he was frustrated and that he wanted to see where the team is going before he resigns, but this is just my guess

So it wasn't too much for the Sens to ask for 3 1st round picks and get their haul for injured/crippled EK65 but now that he's 100% healthy its too much? I think you're off your evaluation again. They will get 3 1st rounders for him and it will be at the trade deadline. With the Avs and TBL not looking like themselves, its anyones game for the cup and i can see a few teams going all in on EK65. How much is the best D in the world supposed to make? and they will retail 18%? sounds like they are being more then reasonable
Who can afford an additional pet, in this economy. Let alone an exotic one? Raise people's wages if rich people expect us to buy these animals.
