Story of the game: Careless giveaways killed us

  2. PastPerfekt

Morgan Reilly continues to be a story. Figure out your game plz.

  3. StaticR0ute

The shambles took over and they fucked ‘er up. Figures, since it was against Boston.

  4. rahibloveslife

That was very unexpected. I thought we’d go to OT.

  5. eagleboy444

My blood is boiling. I fucking hate the Bruins.

  6. ProfessorBeast55

SO MANY FUCKING GIVEAWAYS. I’M FUCKING LIVID RN

That was the softest fucking pass from JT right out of the dzone….

  7. ifonlyihadaname

Boston is a great team and all but man if we got the amount of puck luck they get we would he right there with them

  8. StaticR0ute

The best thing about that game was the digital ads were broken

  9. SendThisGuyToMars

Well it’s very obvious what the issue is. Sandin and Lily are studs

  10. ieastass69

Murray had some nice saves…but 3 of the 4 goals were pretty soft goals.

rielly-timmins….jesus christ. that was an abomination of a pairing tonight. its pretty concerning how the highest paid dman on the team has to be paired with Brodie or his pairing is a disaster.

ZAR…what exactly does he do here?

  11. Asking_Reverend

Boston luckiest team in the NHL I stg

  12. leafman4000

I’m pretty far from anti-doomer but there is no reason to panic, the loss wasnt that bad. It was frustrating, but not the worst loss of the season. That being said Reilly looked like shit

  13. Cartz1337

Is it just me or should they maybe can this ‘Dad’s trip’ going forwards. Every year they seem to struggle during it.

  14. thoroughly_useful

Doomers need to shut up. Its okay. Boston is a good team. Despite some bad giveaways it was close. Just relax.

  15. backstreets_93

Tough loss but a great game.

Rielly has been tough to watch no doubt but some of you really need to chill with the hate comments.

  16. Beauuuuty

If Brodie wasn’t on ltir he’d be taking Rielly out of the lineup.

  17. StoneColdSteveAss316

Fuck this and fuck that, but damn that was an entertaining as hell game. Great, tough-nosed hockey, gritty performance by both sides.

Can’t remember the last time a game was that entertaining from start to finish on a Saturday night.

  18. Deluxechin

i thought overall it was actually a really good game from the Leafs, Ulymark saved the Bruins ass tonight (as he’s been doing all season because the bruins manage to pull out generation goaltending every 5 years for some fucking reason)

but man did the Bruins eat Reilly and Timmins alive, they didn’t look threatening all game, I’ve been iffy on the Reilly hate train but my god was he horrible tonight, i see many complaining about Murray and i think he should’ve gotten 1 of those, but like we’re just going to ignroe the 14 other amazing saves he did tonight to even keep us in this game, our D core was easily the worse part of tonight

    FUCK THE BRUINS

  19. MatthewsSnipes

That Tavares pass ruined my night. Fuck.

  20. NatureGivesAndTakes

Tonight looked like the type of games the Leafs would lose in the playoffs…stretches of inspired play, but marred by horrendous turnovers and just that 1 or 2 goalie mistakes that give other teams the slight edge over us in the end.

  21. StaticR0ute

Really felt like a playoff game tonight, even right down to the fuck up at the end

  22. Hatburn

We fought hard even with our mistakes/ bad calls and non calls, let’s get a few days of rest and tame some cats on Tuesday.

  23. MutedHornet87

Keefe should have challenged that. It was stupid not to.

  24. OvechGO

Turnovers killed them. Seems to always be the difference in these tough games. They better figure it out before April.

  25. JediKnight5313

Dubas has to make a move man.

There are two glaring holes rn (2LW and bolstering the blue line) and idk which you need to prioritize (I probably lean defense) but you can’t have Tampa rolling in against this lineup. You know Tampa is going to upgrade as well.
