This is rough. I know it’s a business but it would still be tough to come in each day with the constant reminder that you’re probably getting replaced at work.
This team, this organization, they’re a bunch of fucking coach killers. It’s never going to get better until Aquilini either sells the team or gets on his knees and begs Gillis to come back without interference. I’m sorry, Bruce. You are too good for us and we never deserved you.
How Aquilini, Rutherford and Allvin are treating Boudreau and running the team is disgraceful. It’s genuinely something that could be in HR textbooks for the next decade.
Just feel like this organization has become so classless in the way they treat people. Poor guy.
Kind of a mean question
Bruce never deserved this and it sucks. The positive energy he brought to this team and fan base had already melted away because of the roster he didn’t assemble and the lack of support he’s gotten from management.
I don’t get the point of firing Bruce. The session is done anyways, we should be looking long term to next year. Bruce coaching or not doesn’t really matter.
This man deserves way more respect.

I hate what they have done to Bruce, they have killed his joy and love of the game.

The highlight of the last decade for me was him coming in last year and going on that run with such a positive attitude and buffing up the struggling players, loved it.

The way they have treated Bruce since the end of last season has been trash to be honest, I usually try to stay neutral when it comes to Canucks front office and off ice news but watching the disrespect and unprofessional conduct towards Bruce in real time has really soured me on this organization, I can watch a bad team and support them but I can’t watch a garbage classless organization.
As much as Jim Benning is the worst GM, he wouldn’t do this
